The advantage of laser cleaning

The advantage is that it outperforms almost all traditional industrial cleaning methods at the technical level and process level of cleaning ability;

The disadvantage is that the development time is too short and the development speed is not fast enough. At present, it has not covered the full range of industrial cleaning.

Traditional industrial cleaning has various drawbacks:

Sandblasting will damage the substrate and generate a lot of dust pollution. If the low-power sandblasting is performed in a closed box, the pollution is relatively small, and high-power sandblasting in an open space will cause huge dust problems;

Wet chemical cleaning will have cleaning agent residues, and the cleaning efficiency is not high enough, which will affect the acidity and alkalinity of the substrate and the surface hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity, and will cause environmental pollution;

The cost of dry ice cleaning is high. For example, the domestic tire factory ranked 20-30 uses the dry ice cleaning process to cost nearly 800,000 to 1.2 million for a year of consumables. And the secondary waste produced by it is inconvenient to recycle;

Ultrasonic cleaning cannot remove coatings, cannot clean soft materials, and is powerless to sub-micron particle contamination;

In general, these cleaning processes have various inconveniences and cannot meet the environmental protection or efficiency requirements of the manufacturing cleaning process.

The advantage of laser cleaning is to achieve non-contact, more precise and clean at the technical level, remote control, selective removal, semi-automatic or fully automatic unmanned workshop. For example, in the application of selective removal of paint layers, laser cleaning can accurately remove a certain layer of micron level, and the surface quality after removal reaches Sa3 level (the highest level), and the surface hardness, roughness, hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity can be maximized. The limit is preserved as it is.

At the same time, unit cost, energy consumption, efficiency and other aspects are better than other cleaning methods. It can achieve zero industrial-level pollution to the environment.
