Common faults and troubleshooting methods of laser marking machines

With the widespread use of laser marking machines, as a special high-tech equipment, because of its wide range of applications, users from all walks of life have them. Several situations:
Case 1: Wrong marking size 1) Check whether the workbench is flat and parallel to the lens; 2) Check whether the marking product material is flat; 3) Check whether the marking focal length is correct; 4) The calibration file of the marking software does not match, re-measure the calibration file, or contact the manufacturer for after-sales guidance.
Case 2: Marking equipment does not emit light 1) Check whether the laser power supply is normally energized and whether the power cord is loose; 2) Check the system parameters, whether the laser type in the F3 parameter setting is fiber; 3) Check whether the signal of the laser control card is normal, and tighten the screws.

Case 3: Laser power is reduced
1) Check whether the power supply is stable and whether the current reaches the rated working current;
2) Check whether the mirror surface of the laser lens is polluted. If it is polluted, use a cotton swab to paste absolute ethanol and wipe it gently, and do not scratch the mirror coating;
3) Check whether other optical lenses are polluted, such as red light beam combining lenses, galvanometers, field lenses;
4) Check whether the laser output light is blocked (make sure that the isolator output end and the galvanometer port are on the same level when installing);
5) After the laser has been used for 20,000 hours, the power has attenuated to normal power loss.
No inspection measures:
1) Confirm whether the power is turned on, and determine whether the cooling fan of the smart all-in-one machine is rotating;
2) Check whether the computer interface is connected and whether the software settings are correct.
Case 4: Sudden interruption during marking The interruption of the marking process is usually caused by signal interference, which leads to the weak current and the strong current leads cannot be bundled together or short-circuited at the same time. The signal line uses a signal line with shielding function, and the ground line of the power supply is not very good. contact. Daily attention: 1) When the laser equipment is working, do not touch or collide with the movable beam of the scanning workbench; 2) The laser and optical lens are fragile, so they should be handled with care to avoid vibration; 3) If there is a malfunction in the machine, stop work immediately and be handled by professional staff; 4) Pay attention to the switch machine sequence; 5) Note that the format of the marking machine shall not exceed the format of the worktable; 6) Pay attention to keeping the room and the surface of the machine clean and tidy.
